FREE URL Forwarding

Any domain name can be set up for FREE URL and E-Mail Forwarding. This is especially useful for free web hosts.  That way you can have a real domain name and still use your free hosting.  This does not apply to paid hosting since you simply set your nameservers to ours and you're all set.

We want to tell you of a way you can forward any or all of your domain names to any website, anywhere on the net at no cost.  To accomplish this, you need to use the services of MyDomain.com.

We have no connection to MyDomain.com, but do recognize them as a viable alternative when it comes to URL forwarding and are supplying this information for the benefit of our customers.

The first step is to set the DNS nameservers for your domain to the MYDomain.com  nameservers.  Login into your present Domain Manager and change the DNS nameservers to the following:

Primary DNS name server                  IP
   NS1.MYDOMAIN.COM                    216.148.213.141

Secondary DNS name servers IP
   NS2.MYDOMAIN.COM                    216.148.221.142

It will take 24 to 48 hours for the nameserver change to propagate over the internet.  You can check it by doing a Whois lookup on your domain name.  When it has propagated completely, the MyDomain.com nameservers will show up in your Whois data.

Next,  go to MyDomain.com and sign up for one of their free accounts.  After you open your account, simply login and "Add a Domain".

Once your domain appears in your My Domain List, you may set-up URL and e-mail forwarding as you wish.

Be sure to read the help files on their site to get full details as to how to set things up.

Again, we have no connection to MyDomain.com and offer no promises or guarantees as to the long term use or quality of their service.
